Payment and Shipping Information

Our online shopping cart is configured to take credit card payments via PayPal online; you do not need to set up a PayPal account to order.

If you prefer not to use PayPal, we can also process your order by phone or fax using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

We also accept payment by personal or business check. To use this method, use our shopping cart to put together your order and then select "Mail In Payment" at checkout; print out the form and mail it with your check to:

Return Policy:

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Returned cables MUST be in original condition with original packaging; cable will not be accepted for return which has been damaged, scuffed, twisted, kinked, taped, or glued, or which has been coiled in any shape other than round. Returns should be shipped to the address above, marked "ATTN: RETURNS" and should contain a copy of your packing slip or a note containing your name, address, and date of order.
